The Belgian police, the neglected high-risk profession

The Belgian police, the neglected high-risk profession

Since March 2016, the attacks on the airport and Maelbeek metro, we have witnessed an explosion of crime and Belgium has been living in paranoia.

Belgian police, present at any time of the day, knowing they are going to work but with no certainty as to whether they will return home in the evening.

A voluntary risk...because in addition to their salaries, they do not receive any risk premium and do not receive any protection or assistance from the Ministry of Justice.

Let us add that the police works for the state with a duty to provide protection and security to the state and the same police pays taxes on the salary to that state, its employer, which is totally unacceptable and contrary to any deontology.

In fact, every member of the police, with the tax on his salary every month, pays back the state, his employer, for the cost of an arrestee.

This is sheer madness. Police services should simply be exempt from taxes.

This happens not only in Belgium, but in most EU member countries.

The G-Group Intelligence AG will negotiate with the relevant government about a tax exemption for members of the Belgian police and other EU countries and will provide all assistance, social and financial support related to these family and tax problems through our team of lawyers, advisers and our press service.
